Create personal API keys and connect with the latest MCP protocol

This release adds self-service API keys so you can authenticate your own MCP clients and integrations without asking a Venue administrator, and upgrades the Venue MCP Endpoint to the latest protocol revision. It also fixes a TechDocs crash and locks configuration on archived agents.
